Head Infrastructure & DevOps

We are seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the entire IT, DevOps, and infrastructure function, including both internal support and external cloud environments. In this role, you will architect and maintain our AWS infrastructure—spanning EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, VPC, and more—while automating environment configurations with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD with container-based builds and automated test integration, ensuring secure, production-grade container deployments. Leveraging Site Reliability Engineering best practices, you will guarantee high availability and uptime, managing blue/green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies to minimize downtime. You will implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and the ELK Stack to proactively detect and resolve issues. Partnering closely with the COO and operations teams, you will help design and implement automated controls and processes to support SOC 2, PIPEDA, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance. You will also build and maintain secure configurations using AWS Config, GuardDuty, and related tools, while assisting in automating audits, vulnerability scans, and access reviews.
